Yes. If you choose us to conduct a feasibility study, there is no commitment to appoint us to deliver your project once the study is complete. The feasibility study is an important first step to explore potential opportunities and determine if and how to proceed with a project. Find out more about feasibility studies on our services page.

We begin every project by conducting a full feasibility study, which includes assessing local regulations and how these might affect your project. We will also submit any required planning applications, and ensure all designs comply with the relevant regulations.

Costs vary depending on the scale and type of project, as well as the extent of our involvement. We bill separately for the initial on-site consultation (only billed if no further services ordered), the feasibility study, and the full architectural mission. For full architectural projects, either fixed prices per project stage, or a percentage of overall project costs are charged. We will always provide you with a quote first.  

Yes, we have worked on multiple buildings with listed status. We are experienced in improving the energy performance and functionality of heritage properties, without impacting the historic features or character. If you are the owner of a listed property and unsure of what works could be done, we can support you to assess the opportunities.

The client contracts directly with the contractor and consultants. We can provide guidance throughout the selection process, including suggestions from our network of trusted partners we have worked with on previous projects. We also support you in coordinating the wider project team which might include general contractors, MEP and structural engineers, and acoustics consultants.

Yes, we closely supervise construction and installation works, ensuring that the approved plans are followed, resolving any issues, and addressing any refinements as needed. When installation is complete, we assist you with the final project handover and make sure you receive all the required documentation.
