Feasibility study
The feasibility study looks at the project site and surroundings to analyse what is possible, as well as the risks and limitations. This vital step provides clarity on the project’s viability, scope, and the most suitable approach before entering the design phase. We review available information, such as existing plans and reports, and local building and planning regulations, to give you clarity about the possibilities and constraints. We will provide cost estimates, suggest possible phasing of the project, and help you to make informed, strategic decisions about your property.   


Concept design
If you decide to appoint us as your project architects, our team starts work on the initial plans, referring closely to your aims and the feasibility study. At this first draft stage we also consult/appoint specialist project partners such as engineers and general contractors to support further planning and delivery, and enabling us to provide more detailed project costs. 


Developed design and planning
We further develop the designs in close consultation with you and the project partners, ensuring that all local building regulations and requirements are met. When the designs and documentation are finalised, we submit the planning permission application. 


Project supervision to completion
We manage the project delivery in detail, supervising construction and fit-out, right through to completion and handover. We remain in close coordination with all the teams involved, ensuring the approved plans are followed, and keeping you updated on progress throughout.
