Renovation of the Local Government Building in a historic architectural context.

With its attractive location in the heart of the city, high visibility and architectural quality, we want to reflect the commitment of a local public service to energy transition.

The façade has been completely redone and repainted. The window frames have been restored, but the glazing has been replaced to ensure better thermal insulation whilst preserving the heritage. The waterproofing of the balconies has been redone.

The challenge here is to create a new aesthetic for the professional premises and correct the thermal and acoustic defect.
