CPAS Anderlecht

Renovation for the Anderlecht branch of CPAS  

Anderlecht CPAS (Public Centre for Social Welfare) is one of the largest CPAS sites in Brussels and offers a wide range of social assistance services.  

The renovation and fit-out of the reception, waiting area and façade improved CPAS’ visibility - both from the outside and inside - as well as the overall experience of the space’s users.   

Rethinking visitor flow, spatial functionality, and acoustic comfort, the project was also strongly focused on sustainable fit-out. Extensive use was made of sustainable and recycled materials. Indoor greenery accentuates the central area while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees. The project addressed energy, accessibility and fire safety, and ventilation and air-handling systems were upgraded.
