A dynamic office design for a multi-national software development company
Complete renovation and redesign of the German HQ of JetBrains, multinational software development company with more than 1000 employees and 1.5 million customers.
JetBrains commissioned sophiegreen to re-imagine the office and create a 'natural futuristic mood' combining both humanistic and data-inspired elements. The designs prioritise sustainable materials, with thorough consideration given to communicating JetBrains' identity throughout the space.
Applying NWoW (New Ways of Working) principles, particular attention was paid to natural light, employee well-being, and the materials used. The workspaces foster interaction between employees and feature modular glass partitions for adaptability.
